SHOP FAQ'S

GENERAL:

What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday thru Friday 10am to 6pm.  Saturdays 10-1pm. We are closed for most federal holidays.

What are your payment terms?
We require 50% deposit on all orders. We accept school purchase orders, and most federal purchase orders. Credit terms may have to be established prior to acceptance of Purchase Orders.

What payment methods do we accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover, Personal checks or cash.

Privacy and security (do we share customer info with other companies)?
We use the information provided for your order only. We do not share the information with any other companies or websites.

What is Sir PrintsAlot's guarantee of quality?
It's our goal and commitment to provide the best quality custom screen printed and embroidered products available and we stand behind our work. We will be happy to correct anything the customer has issue with; all we ask is that you report the mistake to us within 48 hours after you receive your order. At our discretion we will replace items or refund your money should there be a mistake or if your garments are materially or otherwise flawed.

What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of your order, Sir PrintsAlot accepts NO RETURNS unless we are at fault for the mistake. We will then replace the order or credit your invoice

Do you print busines cards?  No.

Do you print posters?  YES

Do you offer Embroidery?

Yes.  Embroidery prices are based on the number of stitches in your design, so the prices online are just an estimate based on our standard stitch counts. To get a 100% accurate quote on embroidery, please email your design to contactus@sirprintsalot.us

What if I want to cancel my order?
We give you a 24 hr grace period to alter your order. If you decide to cancel beyond 24 hrs, there is a $50 fee and you must pay restocking fees for the garments (typically 20%)

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days from the time we receive a proof approval for artwork and garments arrive.  This includes styles, sizes, art files and or art approval.  Orders DO NOT get scheduled for printing until all of this is complete. We do our best to meet every delivery, but will not be held responsible for weather conditions, power outages, family sickness or emergencies.  We will let you know in advance that your order may be delayed when possible.

HOW MANY COLORS CAN YOU PRINT?

We can print up to 6 colors.

DO YOU DO ATHELETIC NUMBERING OR LETTERING?

YES. We offer letters and numbers in any size.  We also offer a variety vinyl products for numbers and lettering including glitterflake, holographic, metallic, foils and many more.

DO YOU PRINT ON JACKETS, BAGS, HATS, BLANKETS OR APRONS?

YES.  Give us a call to see if we can print on your item!

ARE THERE ART CHARGES OR SET UP FEES?

Any art not supplied in print ready format is subject to art charges of $25.00 per hour. This includes color separations, addition of text or image enhancing to make print ready.

We do not charge a SET UP fee.  There will be a $15.00 Charge for each screen.   Plan to repeat your order?  You can BUY your screen for $25.00 and keep it on file and ready for print and never pay a screen charge for that screen again.  (The $25.00 is our cost to replace that screen)  Changes CANNOT be made to the design later.
