The Shop Assistant position has the potential to grow from daily tasks to manager of

our soon to launch online eCommerce business.

Requirements:

Must have customer service experience

Must be able to stand long hours

Must be flexible and patient as customer production schedule changes frequently

Must be able to follow instructions carefully and show attention to detail

Must be reliable and able to work without your phone

Must have own transportation

A PLUS

Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / Corel / Square POS

Duties may include the following and more:

Customer Service - taking orders, calling customers, retail sales

Maintenance of the retail shop - Inventory tagging, cleaning, window displays

Production - Counting garments, preparing vinyl, assisting during screen printing, packaging orders
